Banning political parties for commiting or conspiring to commit acts that meet the textbook definition of sedition, treason, domestic terrorism or some combination thereof? Not so much, at least as long as there's proof beyond reasonable doubt that a plurality of party officers knew about and approved of those acts.Ah, so banning political parties isn't an assault on Democracy?
